About Tiffany

Tiffany is a Registered Nurse with degrees from Lancaster General College of Nursing and Chamberlain College of Nursing. Tiffany started in healthcare as a CNA in 2006, which cultivated her love to Making Lives Better. She’s always asking “why not” and “what if” to make aging in place a reality. She has a deeply held belief in the power and importance of quality of life. She started Nurse Next Door in 2013, realizing her passion for building effective, sustainable and innovative processes for business could coincide with her passion for seeing people live a better life. Her infectious enthusiasm for positively affecting those around her changes the dynamic in every room she enters!

Personally, Tiffany adores hanging out with her family (husband Chad and 2 children), extended family (she’s the oldest of 6 children!), reading and coaching field hockey.

About Allison

Allison is a high energy, confident professional with an infectious enthusiasm that can transform any team! With more than eight years in healthcare, she is a skilled communicator able to establish rapport with members of diverse groups and promote team cohesiveness. She has an unparalleled ability to own her position as shown by her ability to effectively coordinate tasks and people to accomplish projects and continue business development while overseeing all day-to-day operations.

After graduating from Wellesley College in 1995 with a Bachelor’s in Arts, she went on to operate her own multimillion-dollar business for more than 5 years before moving to the beach to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle and focus on raising her children. She then entered the healthcare field as an Office Manager and eventually Administrator of a busy Eyecare practice in DE and Washington DC. This experience led her to Nurse Next Door in 2015. Her sincerity for others, incredible ability to respond under pressure and people management skills make her highly effective in her role.

About Amy

Amy Clark is a Registered Nurse who began her journey with Nurse Next Door in 2014 in a variety of client-focused roles. She has been a nurse since 2008, with experience in long-term care, neurology and rehabilitation nursing. Amy practiced as an Licensed Practical Nurse before becoming a Registered Nurse with her Bachelor's degree, receiving her certifications/degrees from Polytech Adult Education and Wesley College, respectively. In June 2018, Amy joined the HeartTeam as Director of Nursing.

Personally, Amy was and continues to be a business owner, with experience in managing a team. She has been a floral designer since she was 16 and continues to design flowers for weddings and special events. In addition to her nursing education, Amy has a Bachelor's of Science in Plant Science from the University of Delaware and loves to garden. She enjoys traveling to England to visit her stepchildren and traveling to new places.

About Dorrina

A dedicated, reliable and upbeat professional who loves making lives better; Dorrina is motivated by finding a better way and learning new things. Having been a Certified Nursing Assistant herself, she has the front-line experience to relate to the people she coaches and guides on their own path to success. Her heart extends beyond her job as shown by her activity in volunteer organizations such as Charitable Dames and Caring Hearts Helping Hands, as well as the Corrections Officers Association of Delaware. As a member of the LCD (Leadership Central Delaware) Class of 2017, she continues to develop relationships in the community and show her immense desire to learn and grow. Her great work performance paired with her coachability exceeds expectations. She received her Front Line Management Certification from Polytech Adult Education in 2016 and was selected as the class’s Top Performer. She plans to take the Professional in Human Resources exam in 2019. Dorrina was a finalist for DBT Human Resources Emerging Leader award 2018.

About Diana

Diana is a Licensed Practical Nurse with her degree from Delaware Technical Community College. Prior to becoming an LPN and joining the team at Nurse Next Door, Diana spent 10 years in Nutrition Management and customer service, working for Christiana Hospital and the Appoquinimink School District.

Diana’s love for helping people encompasses all age groups, and her true passion has always been to help the aging population live happier. As a young girl, she loved to visit the seniors in the Ohio neighborhood where she grew up, bringing them cookies and conversation. Later in life, Diana spent 27 months as a caregiver for her mother, traveling between states to spend several weeks at a time with her, helping her write memoirs and allowing her to have quality of life at home. Diana believes you can always find the positive in every situation. Her promise to the clients and families of Nurse Next door is, “To ensure every aging senior is treated with dignity and respect, while feeling satisfied and fulfilled in their daily lives”.

Personally, Diana loves to spend time with her family at the beach. Her favorite pastime is to sing karaoke. She loves to write, paint, and decorate. Keeping busy is important to her and she is always looking for the next adventure and the next goal to accomplish.

About Jason

A United States Air Force Information Technologist for 10 years, Jason brings a sincere work ethic and constant drive to keep improving. After attending Delaware State University and working a variety of career fields, he chose to apply his talents to something he is passionate about: people. Jason carries with him unparalleled sincerity and veritable charm that most can’t resist. He has a natural ability to make anyone comfortable in any situation and can pry a smile out of even the toughest of customers. Since his start at Nurse Next Door in July of 2017, he has doubled professional referral source revenue and continues to develop an outstanding reputation in the community through great follow-up, excellent rapport building skills, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Personally, Jason proudest accomplishment is that of husband and father. He loves to spend time with his family, play poker, and travel to warm destinations.
